How to Use: Take out the wand and wipe off any excess formula from the brush. Start from the inner corner of your eye and draw along the lash-line towards the outer corners of your eye. Draw a parallel line and slightly further from the lash-line and extend outwards. Join the two ends and fill in. Allow to dry for approximately 60 seconds, depending on how thick your line is. The thicker your liner is, the longer it will take to dry.
