How to Apply: Draw a neat stroke on the upper lash line, starting from the inner corners of the eyes, extending outwards. Repeat on the lower lid. To elevate you eye game further, draw the winged eyeliner. Stretch your eye outwards with your middle and index fingers and draw a neat stroke on the upper lid, starting from the inner corner of the eye but tracing slightly above the lid, extending outwards up till it is parallel to the ends of the eyebrow. Fill in. Repeat the same with the other eye.
