Return Policy

  • Please note that we accept returns only under the following conditions:
    • There’s a manufacturing defect on the product.
    • Wrong product or wrong size has been sent to the customer.
  • In any of the above cases, the customer should contact our customer care within 3 days of receiving the product. No return requests will be accepted after this period.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  • Items should be returned unused with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer.
  • Items purchased on sale or discounts are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

  • We follow 3 days return policy. One can return the product by intimating us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once the return is received at the warehouse, the refund will be initiated in 24 hours and the same will be credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 business days.

How can i claim refund?
You can write to us at contact@glam-road.com to initiate the process. Our personnel will collect the product from you after checking your id proof. Once the product reaches us, we will credit the amount in your Bank account. You can use this amount to make future purchase.

What are the acceptable reasons for return?
You can return the product if:

  • You received a faulty/defective product
  • You received a physically damaged product

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

  • Products must be in their original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at contact@glam-road.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at contact@glam-road.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product.
