- Please note that we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- There’s a manufacturing defect on the product.
- Wrong product or wrong size has been sent to the customer.
- In any of the above cases, the customer should contact our customer care within 3 days of receiving the product. No return requests will be accepted after this period.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
- Items should be returned unused with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer.
- Items purchased on sale or discounts are non-returnable.
- We follow 3 days return policy. One can return the product by intimating us within 3 days of delivery.
- Once the return is received at the warehouse, the refund will be initiated in 24 hours and the same will be credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 business days.
How can i claim refund?
You can write to us at email@example.com to initiate the process. Our personnel will collect the product from you after checking your id proof. Once the product reaches us, we will credit the amount in your Bank account. You can use this amount to make future purchase.
What are the acceptable reasons for return?
You can return the product if:
- You received a faulty/defective product
- You received a physically damaged product
What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?
- Products must be in their original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact
- Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.
What do I do if I receive a wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product.
The ’99 Store comprises of products with exponentially minimized margins and therefore no returns are entertained for the products in ’99 Store.

- Once we ship the order, it usually takes around 3-10 days for the courier company to deliver the order.
How can I find my delivery information?
- Once we ship your order an email will go to your registered inbox with the required delivery details.
- You can track every order you have placed with us through the details (tracking code) shared over the email.
- Your order will be sent out via most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- The delivery person will give you a call beforehand to let you know about your parcel delivery time. If you are not available during the delivery, the carrier will come back for the day and will re-attempt the next day.
We aim to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
